2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

At GLOBAL INTERNANCINAL REWORD S.L. we process the data you provide according to the type of user you are:

If you are a Company (client of GLOBAL INTERNANCINAL REWORD S.L.):

  • Data processed: Company name, NIF, address, contact person data (full name, telephone, email), payment data.
  • Purpose: Manage the contractual relationship, provide contracted services (website creation, review management, QR, NFC), billing and collection through our payment provider Stripe, and sending communications about the service.

If you are a Customer (user who leaves reviews):

  • Data processed: Full name, email, phone number, reviews, comments, photos and videos you upload, geolocation data (if you activate the function).
  • Purpose: Manage your user account, allow you to publish reviews, search nearby businesses through geolocation, manage the exchange of vouchers or discounts offered by Companies, and communicate information related to your interactions on the platform.

If you are an Affiliate:

  • Data processed: Full name, contact data, tax information and bank account.
  • Purpose: Manage the affiliate relationship, track companies acquired through your link, and manage the payment of corresponding commissions.

3. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for processing your data varies according to the purpose:

  • Contract execution: Processing your data is necessary for the provision of services you have requested when registering as a Company, Customer or Affiliate.
  • Consent of the interested party: We will request your explicit consent for specific purposes such as:
    • The use of your geolocation to show you nearby businesses.
    • The publication of photos or videos you decide to upload to the platform.
  • Compliance with legal obligation: We will retain certain data to comply with our tax and accounting obligations.

4. TO WHOM DO WE COMMUNICATE YOUR DATA?

Your data may be communicated to:

  • Companies: When you leave a review, the reviewed Company will have access to your username and its content.
  • Third-party review platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.): In case you leave a positive review, it may be shared and published on said platforms.
  • Stripe: Our payment service provider, to process Company fees and payments to Affiliates.
  • Service providers: Companies that provide us with auxiliary services (web hosting, AI provider for chatbot, etc.) that act as data processors.
  • Competent authorities: When we are legally obligated to do so.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some of our service providers (such as Stripe or AI technology providers) may be located outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, we ensure that such transfers are carried out with adequate guarantees, such as the signing of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Stripe as a payment provider, is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, the agreement between the EU-USA that replaces the Privacy Shield.

6. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?

We will retain your data while the contractual relationship is maintained or you do not request its deletion. Once finished, we will keep them blocked during the applicable legal prescription periods (generally, 5 years for civil actions and 6 years for commercial and tax purposes).

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of your data, by sending an email to rewordes@gmail.com.

In accordance with article 12 of the Organic Law on Data Protection, we will facilitate the exercise of your rights in a simple way. If you consider that your rights have not been properly attended to, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

GLOBAL INTERNANCINAL REWORD S.L. has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.

These are some of the technical security measures we apply:

  • Data encryption: We use encryption technologies, such as the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, to protect data during transmission.
  • Access Control: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need to know such information for the performance of their functions.
  • Pseudonymization: When the purpose of processing allows it, we apply pseudonymization techniques to disconnect information from user identity.
  • Backup and Recovery Systems: We perform periodic backups to guarantee the ability to restore availability and access to personal data quickly in case of physical or technical incident.
